Caritas Chorale will primarily sing outdoors this holiday season, with concerts in Bellevue, Hailey and Ketchum. This is designed to keep our audiences safe from COVID exposure and adhere to mask mandates and social distancing requirements. The exception to this rule will be our participation with the Wood River High School Choral Program on December 14th at 7:00 PM. This indoor concert will be held at the Performing Arts Theater at the Community Campus in Hailey.
The Chorale will be singing at the following Tree Lighting events in the valley:
December 1st, 4:30 pm, in Ketchum at Town Square
December 3rd, 4:30 pm, in Hailey near City Hall on Croy Street
December 10th, 6:30 pm, in Bellevue, at the Bellevue Museum, corner Cedar St and Main St
Each concert will feature selections from the following holiday favorites: ‘Let It Snow,’ ‘It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,’ ‘I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day,’ ‘I Saw Three Ships,’ ‘Jingle Bells,’ ‘Goin’ to Bethlehem,’ and ‘Something Told the Wild Geese.’ Caritas will be joined by the Enchantones at these holiday concerts. This group is a combination of ‘Enchante’ and the B Tones.
Due to COVID restrictions, Caritas has cancelled the annual Sing Along which benefitted the Hunger Coalition. Caritas Chorale encourages our audience to support the Hunger Coalition with donations of food and cash this holiday season.
